We invited Ms. Stewart to conduct her "Chin Up! You Got This!" seminar with our 8th and 9th grade female students over four Saturday morning sessions in September. The four sessions included self-esteem building; posture, presence, and personality; goal setting and perseverance; and finally, celebration, community, and recognition. The impact of these four sessions on our students was profound:
"I want to thank Ms. Stewart for creating such a positive and safe place to learn. I enjoyed learning to be confident in a community with all these wonderful girls."– Anonymous 9th grade student participant
"Ms. Stewart helped me see myself, understand my self-worth, boost my confidence, and made me feel welcomed, understood, and recognized."– Anonymous student participant
We are grateful to our parents who enrolled their daughters, participated in the Closing Ceremony on September 28, and supported them throughout the month.
We are grateful to Ms. Stewart for offering this powerful seminar to our students and profoundly impacting their lives.
"You have impacted my life in many different ways but specifically in how I think about myself!"

– Anonymous 9th grade student participant
