We hope this letter finds you well as we prepare for an exciting new school year. We are working diligently to ensure everything is in place for a smooth start. Please read the following information carefully.
Uniform Distribution and Purchase
We are pleased to announce that uniform prices will remain the same as last year. Each student will receive one free uniform polo. Additional uniforms will be available for purchase during the distribution dates.
Enrollment Forms
On the same days as uniform distribution, all families are required to complete five essential enrollment forms. These forms are not available online and must be filled out in person.

All activities will take place at the DVS Annex:
940 W. Washington Blvd. (The building next to our school)
Look for the brown door with the yellow flag outside.

Wednesday, July 17th: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Thursday, July 18th: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday, July 19th: 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Friday, August 2nd: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Saturday, August 3rd: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Important Reminders
Please allow sufficient time to both collect uniforms and complete the required forms. We strongly recommend completing the forms at the annex.
Be prepared for potential lines during uniform distribution.
